Planet Photoshop - you'll find pages after pages of cool Photoshop tutorials on this site mostly of short easy to learn videos. Great to visit if you have time to spare and learn new post processing tips, tricks & techniques.

Stock.XCHNG - This is primarily a free stock photo site where you can download stock photos you can use to do digital artworks but it also have a wealth of tutorials from basic composition to post processing.
